The Main Lounge will be centered around a twenty-foot-tall glass wine tower that holds over 2,000 bottles of wine in perfect conditions. Textural elements of stone and leather will play a large part in rounding out the ambiance in the expertly-lit space.
Cellar Society Library
Beautifully designed wine lockers will be available for collectors and connoisseurs seeking to store their prized wines for private dining and entertaining. The climate-controlled lockers will be in an inspired semi-to-fully private Library space that can be partitioned off and booked for private parties, business meetings and lavish events.
Adjacent to the main lounge area the vineyard room will feature an oversized fireplace for cozying up on cooler nights. Opening up to one of two patios, this room will be available for private parties, social events and business meetings for members and non-members alike.
Executive Chef Athena Delgado
Taking the helm of culinary for all experiences in the Evenstad Estates portfolio in the Willamette Valley and Burgundy, France is Chef Athena Delgado. Together with Chef de Cuisine Cody Rodriguez, the Lake Oswego Wine Lounge will feature small plates inspired by the wines themselves. Featuring the bounty of the Willamette Valley and the Pacific Northwest as well as ingredients sourced from the winery estate in Dayton, Oregon. Her extensive background is filled with experience at various Michelin 3-star rated restaurants all over the world – including Restaurante Martín Berasategui in Spain, Quique Dacosta Restaurante in Dénia, and in Las Vegas with Joël Robuchon at the Mansion. From there Chef spent four years at the Aria resort as Sous Chef for Jean Georges Vongerichten’s immensely popular Jean Georges Steakhouse. Before making the journey to join Domaine Serene Chef Athena made her final stop in Las Vegas as Executive Chef of Charlie Palmer’s 1 Michelin Star/Forbes 4-star Aureole at Mandalay Bay.
