The Grand Cru membership provides an admirable blend of access to small-production wines, luxurious winery tastings, and events. Earning four points per dollar, membership accelerates your ability to unlock signature rewards.

L’Ambassadeur membership provides unparalleled access to collectible wines and generous rewards points. Members receive both current releases and library wines, allowing for both cellaring and immediate enjoyment of some of the world’s finest Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays.
Designed for true aficionados, the Chevalier d’Or membership elevates your access to the wines of Château de la Crée and Maison Evenstad highlighted by some of the rarest and most sought-after bottlings from our Premier Cru vineyards and extensive wine library.
An elegant introduction to the wines of Burgundy, the Fraternité de la Crée membership delivers a carefully-selected case of wine to your cellar each year. This membership offers a diversity of styles from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay’s spiritual home.
Limited customizations are available based on the level of membership and within the minimum spend thresholds required per club shipment. Substitutions are not available for Estates or Fraternité de la Crée memberships, but add-ons are allowed. The shipping carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning your package to us. If a shipment is returned, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. New shipping charges will be applied to re-ship your wines. If you have selected pick-up for your wine club order, Domaine Serene will hold your wine for up to 60 days from when the order becomes available for pick-up.
Failure to collect wine club orders may result in your membership being placed on hold or canceled. Canceled memberships will forfeit any rewards points that have not been redeemed at the time of cancelation.
We can ship our Oregon wines to every state except Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah.
We can ship our Burgundy wines to every state except Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
You may join any of our wine clubs at domaineserene.com under the Membership tab, and you are welcome to join multiple clubs if you desire. For wine aficionados, we recommend combining an Oregon club and a French club. You may also email wineclub@domaineserene.com or call us at 503.864.4600, and our club team will assist you.
We typically ship using UPS Ground and are able to ship via FedEx or 2-day air if requested (additional fees apply). During the summer months, we ship using temperature-controlled FedEx Cold-Chain shipping, which can take up to 10 business days but keeps your wine cool while in transit.
Member benefits begin once you receive your first allocation of wine.
You will receive an email upon joining a wine club containing a “Forgot Password” link to establish your password. To access your account, visit domaineserene.com and click “Log In” in the upper-right corner. Upon signing in, you can update your information, track past purchases, and access your rewards points.
Yes, you will receive two emails regarding your upcoming club order beginning two weeks before your order is processed. Please be sure to check these emails to confirm your correct billing and shipping information. If you need further assistance, please email wineclub@domaineserene.com and our wine club team will assist you.
Yes, someone 21 years or older must sign for any package containing alcohol. To ensure your wine will be received in your absence, we encourage shipping to a business address or a UPS or FedEx store location. If you need help finding your closest store, please email wineclub@domaineserene.com and our wine club team will assist you.
Members accrue points for every dollar spent on wine club shipments, website orders, wine, food, merchandise, and for successfully referring a friend or family member to join a wine club. Points can then be redeemed on an exclusive, members-only menu of merchandise and unique packages at our estates and beyond.
